LAND ACQUISITION

June 1997 to October 1999, Girton & McAllister Real Estate Services, 201 Barton Springs Road, Austin, Texas - Full time broker specializing in multifamily sales. Other property types include single family residences, office sales and leasing, retail, mobile home parks and commercial land 

February 1990 to June 1997, Texas Real Estate Counselors and The Smith Company, 110 Wild Basin Road, Suite 290, Austin, Texas - Worked as an appraiser and broker specializing in litigation support for private landowners and government entities in condemnation proceedings and other litigation support roles. Also performed appraisals for a variety of institutional clients, corporations and individuals. A wide variety of properties were either appraised or brokered.
